Planner vs Coordinator vs Decorator
The planner makes critical decisions regarding what, when, who, and how prior to the event.A coordinator, on the other hand, is responsible for making sure all the details are executed throughout the entire wedding day.A decorator's role has very little to do with planning, coordination, or direction. There are some planners who are also designers, however, an event decorator or event design team handles the creation and execution of the decor plan.
Décor may be provided by the wedding couple or rented by a third party for our team to setup. Elaborate or complex décor plans may be subject to additional staffing fees.*Purchasing décor and rental costs are sold separately.
The retainer is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee wedding services. All balances are due at least five weeks prior to the wedding date.For partial or full planning services a customized payment schedule will be created. Planning begins when the initial retainer payment is received.
Our team covers the entire Northeast Florida region with no additional travel fees. Counties covered: Clay, Duval, Nassau, St Johns.
Areas outside of our region are subject to additional travel expenses.
