  • Travel Fees

    The travel fee is either $200 or the rate of the $30 per hour travel. Whichever costs more.For more than 2 hours each way, a hotel fee will be incorporated and is a customized fee - connect with me.
    Gainesville Example:1-hour drive from Northeast Florida, FL is $30/hour. $60 round trip.For the Wedding coordinator service, there will be 3 trips: 1 Venue Meeting, 1 Rehearsal, and the wedding Day. 3 trips x $60 = $180.- The fee quoted is $200.
    Orlando Example:2-hour drive from Northeast Florida, FL is $30/hour. $120 round trip.For the Wedding coordinator service, there will be 3 trips: 1 Venue Meeting, 1 Rehearsal, and the wedding day. 3 trips x $120 = $360.- The fee quoted is $360.

  • Holiday Pay / After 11PM Surcharge

    Holiday Pay Charges:All Federal Holidays, including non-federal holidays: Black Friday, Christmas Eve, News Years Eve. We charge $25/hr per person for every hour. 
    After 11PM Charges: This charge is applied to events that are hosted after 11PM. We charge $35/hr per person for every hour worked during events that are still in progress after 11PM and any additional breakdown needed due to late event end time.

  • What is essential decor? (Planning Packages)

    Table decor, sweetheart table, gift table, personal pictures, etc.NO DRAPING | Backdrops may be an additional fee. Inventory list is rquired.

  • Starting Rates DIY Setup/Breakdown?

    Starting $400 with the coordinator package. Up to 125 guestsA list of the inventory is required for review. For backdrops and draping - additional charges may apply. 

  • Wedding or Blueprint

    $250 Includes 1-hour zoom meeting to review the wedding plans and layout, and create a timeline
    $350 Includes 1-hour in-person meeting at the venue to review the wedding plans and layout, and create a timeline

  • Bachelor or Bachelorette Paparazzi 

    Chaperon (can take cell phone pictures), etc. $750/per day 
    If the event will take place in a low peak month, you may go down to $500/per:● Jan, Feb, June, July, August 

  • RSVP Management

    Does not include: invitations, mailing labels, postage

  • Wedding Day Bridal Paparazzi 

    One person assigned for up to 8 hours to manage their cell phone or take images on their phone and drop into a shared folder.

  • Communication Offered

    Unlimted communication for text/email during business hours and/or scheduled calls offered.

  • Discounts Offered

    Only discounts provided when the client asks.
    For non-profits, we offer up to 15% - year-round. For the military, we offer up to 10% - year-round. Proof of Military ID of the bride or groom is required.For regular clients we will offer up to 10% - 15%, during low peak months:● January● Febraruy ● June● July● August
